I loved those books

That’s a pretty creative workaround for posting in multiple locations. We don’t have that but if there is a brainstorm I’ll vote on it.

From CP02 to All panelists: (09:07 AM)

We do the same thing – use evergreens for different locations. We have not figured out good reporting though – the evergreens really make it challenging. :(

From CP03 to All panelists: (09:08 AM)

we would like multiple locations on it to- I’ll vote on that

From CP04 to All panelists and attendees: (09:08 AM)

several job boards are working to accommodate like LinkedIn now, but we still get a large amount of candidates for Indeed and they are not willing to do much custom
do you have the link to the brainstorm handy? i might have voted but good to share just in case

From CP03 to All panelists: (09:10 AM)

SHARE:  we use the Rating system and comments.  That way we can see why they were declined.  We also tag/pool these candidates

From CP06 to All panelists and attendees: (09:10 AM)

Not looked into this specific ask, but would Candidate Pools work for tracking?

From CP07 to All panelists and attendees: (09:10 AM)

We Fetch candidates from the ATS and CRM history to resurface those candidates to new reqs as soon as they are created

From CP08 to All panelists and attendees: (09:10 AM)

We built a custom report for Interview feedback from ALL job applications and expose that as a sub-tab on the Interview tab for a candidate

From CP09 to All panelists: (09:10 AM)

How large is large?

From CP03 to All panelists: (09:10 AM)

It does for us. We have around 4,000 employees

From CP10 to All panelists and attendees: (09:10 AM)

like that custom report/extra tab -

From CP11 to All panelists: (09:11 AM)

We currently have a job posting step in the process.  In the step we have the various job boards that we have integrations set up with that the recruiters can select and post to.  Not all job boards have an integration set up with Workday.  At one point we had a contract with a 3rd part company that would post to a host of job boards for us.

From CP10 to All panelists and attendees: (09:11 AM)

are these comments stored with the recording ?

From CP12 to All panelists and attendees: (09:11 AM)

I agree- Maybe you can share that with us, CP08!

From CP01 to All panelists and attendees: (09:11 AM)

I’d be interested in seeing how you built that feedback report if you’re willing to share.

From CP13 to All panelists: (09:12 AM)

Interested in feedback report as well!

From CP03 to All panelists: (09:15 AM)

has anyone integrated Outlook scheduling that includes rooms?

From CP08 to All panelists and attendees: (09:16 AM)

Yes, willing to share (this is CP08’s co-worker)

From CP10 to All panelists and attendees: (09:16 AM)

is it the sam eInnovation Agreement or do you need one for every use?

From CP12 to All panelists and attendees: (09:18 AM)

just one

From CP14 to All panelists: (09:19 AM)

Does anyone have any suggestions on fields that candidates are able to see on custom notifications?  We struggle to find fields that do not produce a “not available” result.

From CP10 to All panelists and attendees: (09:19 AM)

Thanks – would love the config link

From CP14 to All panelists and attendees: (09:19 AM)

Does anyone have any suggestions on fields that candidates are able to see on custom notifications?  We struggle to find fields that do not produce a “not available” result.

From CP01 to All panelists and attendees: (09:20 AM)

@CP14 do you have candidate as self in the domain for those fields?

From CP15 to All panelists: (09:20 AM)

@CP14 – make sure to send the notifications to security groups and not report field of candidate

From CP14 to All panelists and attendees: (09:20 AM)

Yes

From CP08 to All panelists and attendees: (09:20 AM)

there are some fields that just aren’t public-facing and regardless of security, you can’t expose them in notifications

From CP10 to All panelists and attendees: (09:22 AM)

@CP08 – how do you know what fields those are?

From CP11 to All panelists and attendees: (09:22 AM)

We currently have a job posting step in the process.  In the step we have the various job boards that we have integrations set up with that the recruiters can select and post to.  Not all job boards have an integration set up with Workday.  At one point we had a contract with a 3rd part company that would post to a host of job boards for us.

From CP16 to All panelists and attendees: (09:22 AM)

@CP08 – do you know of a good way to identify those fields?  I often have this problem with notifications, too, and when I look at field security, I’m stumped when I find that the field appears available to “all users,” but still is showing up as [not available] when I test the notification.

From CP10 to All panelists and attendees: (09:22 AM)

ps – I spell fine – it’s my typing that’s bad
Is it suggesting the skills based on their resume?

From CP17 to All panelists and attendees: (09:25 AM)

Yes!  It’s parsing the resume and pulling skills in

From CP10 to All panelists and attendees: (09:26 AM)

thanks – we start implementing soon – this will be great!

From CP01 to All panelists and attendees: (09:26 AM)

Thanks CP14.  We are planning to adopt the suggested skills. Glad to know it’s working for you.

From CP18 to All panelists: (09:27 AM)

Am curious what CRM you are using for this

From CP10 to All panelists and attendees: (09:29 AM)

What is Phenom?

From CP17 to All panelists and attendees: (09:29 AM)

They have Phenom People, one of our co-sponsors

From CP18 to All panelists: (09:29 AM)

Phenom?

From CP19 to All panelists and attendees: (09:29 AM)

Phenom People is a CRM/ Careers website company.

From CP18 to All panelists: (09:30 AM)

thank you!

From CP20 to All panelists: (09:31 AM)

Does anyone use any other engagement platforms like Qualtrics and when do you integrate with Workday – at the recruiting phase? We haven’t integrated our other software yet.
