Questions

  1. Recommendations for a testing Approach to use a small test population ( across multiple Benefit Groups). Currently we only know how to create full Groups. We have initiated for our smallest groups initially as we continue to tweak configuration.
  2. Can the Change Benefits EIB be used to stage data for Open Enrollment Testing? When loading previous EIB’s we have needed to include all Coverage Types for each Employee ID for respective Event Type – Otherwise associate waives the coverage. Has anyone else used the Change Benefits EIB to stage data for testing?
  3. Is there an EIB available for migrating Insurance Rates. One exists for Health Care Rates. Reduce errors when migrating.
  4. We have a new Benefit Plan ( Life Plan with Long Term Care Rider) which we need to capture additional information during the election process. We need to store this information in order to send on an integration. How do you recommend to do this? Also, if associate answers Yes to one of the questions, they are not eligible to elect the plan. How can a validation error / warning be handled since the eligibility has already been determined when OE is initiated?
  5. In order to set up appropriate rates, we have needed to configure Additional Benefit Plans and Insurance Plans as Health Care Coverage Types. Is there a way to move them to other plans on the enrollment screen other than Health Care and Accounts. Can Health Care Accounts description be modified?
